NOMINATION OF OFFICE BEARERS
Under CMCA Australia Ltd. Club Policy Statement -
Chapter management Clause 4 (d) " Nominations must be endorsed by 2 chapter supporters and
both candidates and endorsers must be financial "ordinary" members of CMCA Australia Ltd must
be listed in the "Home Chapter" registrar, and have been active chapter supporters for at
least 6 months.
When completing the form, if you are the Nominator,
write the name and membership number (if known) of the person you are nominating for a
position on the appropriate line. Sign and print your name and membership no as
Nominator.Then, print the name and membership number of the seconder of your
nomination.
If you are the Seconder, sign and print your name
and membership number as Seconder.
